“October’s data reflects a market that is adapting and thriving despite broader economic factors. We see increased sales and active listings providing a healthier dynamic where both buyers and sellers can engage with confidence. Moving into the holiday season, we expect these balanced conditions to support steady activity,” said BDAR Chair Lindsay Percy.
BDAR remains dedicated to delivering up-to-date market analysis and supporting clients in navigating Simcoe County’s real estate landscape effectively.
